An Art of Limina: Gary Hill's works and writings

Weighing pounds and featuring 640 pages with rich with text, it is an impressive book (I got it for 10 euro, though...). This comprehensive collection of Gary Hill's video works and writings is a collaborative effort among George Quasha, Charles Stein, and the artist himself. Both writers have collaborated with Hill since 1976, and this volume chronicles his time-based work from the early 1970s to the present.

The texts also goes deep into the idea of liminality, which is a very interesting concept about in-between-ness, on the edge or a sense of vulnerability. Not only is it great reading - it is also very Vision Forum!
